How much is the rent?
Our rent varies on unit size and floorplan. To find specific rental rates, please visit our Floor Plans page, where you will find pricing for our apartment floorplans.

How much is the security deposit?
We do not take security deposits. We only charge a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee.

Do you charge move-in fees?
Yes, we charge a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee starting at $300.

How soon can I move in?
We currently have availability and welcome new residents at any time. Wed love for you to call our property home. Check out our versatile floorplans to find a space thats right for you!

What utilities are included in the rent?
Utilities are not included in the rent; however, we offer a convenient flat-rate fee that covers water, sewer, trash, and pest control.

When were the apartment units remodeled?
We are currently remodeling. That means, each apartment showcases new and modern details.

Whats your late fee policy?
A $50 late fee is applied to all balances not paid by the 5th of the month. An additional $25 fee is charged for payments received after the 15th.

Are early lease terminations allowed?
No, we do not allow early lease terminations.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available on-site at each of our locations. Studio apartments and 1-bedroom apartments get 1 parking spot for an annual fee of $50. Apartments with 2 or more bedrooms get 2 parking spots for an annual fee of $50.

Do you have a pet policy?
Pets are permitted! We love your furry friends. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds and do not allow more than 2 cats or dogs total per unit. We have a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, and a monthly charge of $35 per month per pet. These charges are in addition you a tenants monthly rent.

What's the application process?

Are there any income or credit requirements?
Yes, we require proof of three months income, as well as proof of being employed for 6 months. We also have some background requirements. For more information, please give us a call.

What are my lease length options?
We offer 12-month leases.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable $75 application fee, per adult.

What appliances are included?
Our new, modern units are equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, air conditioner, ceiling fans, garbage disposals and more! We also offer on-site management, parking, laundry facilities, secure/gated access. Stop by to take a tour of our one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom floorplans!
